I had purchased a samsung quattro on 23rd of august but had not been able to avail myself of the offer related to it, which included a sennheiser headphone. On talking to the customer care, i came to know that i had to send a detailed account of myself along with a scanned copy of the bill. I have already done so around 7 DAYS back. But there has not been any response from samsung.
