Issue: Voice Quality Issue and other person cant hear my voice
1) 08-Jul-2013 - Jobsheet 153433527/130708/45- Software updated and returned.
2) 10-Aug-2013 - Booked an online appt. B00999 but NCC was closed.
3) 17-Aug-2013 - Went NCC again Jobsheet 153433527/130817/102 - on telling repeat case they told they will now replace mic.
4) 17-Aug-2013 – Raised an online complaint 1-14576743325 with preferred contact as email. No update.
5) 22-Aug-2013 - Asked to collect phone on 22nd Aug and IT FAILED TESTING ON FIRST CALL itself. Store manager Sunita checked with engr and she told me that they will request for replacement.
6) Multiple emails toMICRONAS but no response.
8)25-Aug-2013 – Escalated case by calling Nokia Support complaint # 1-14598290017 as no response.
9) 26-Aug-2013 Feedback call from Nokia regarding NCC complaint but regarding phone replacement they told I will get a call from technical team.
10)29-Aug-2013 – Called Nokia support again to know status of Escalation on 25th as I still didn’t received call back. They told me due to technical issue they can’t help me and suggested me to keep dialing and know status next day. Asked for call back but manager clearly refused.
11) 30-Aug-2013 – Inspite of several complaints, escalation, follow up on call, chat my complaint for replacement was not heard and phone was repaired and sent which I came to know during chat. On stressing too much during Chat with Farman (Manager) finally I was connected to Kalpana to update on my complaint and she noted another escalation but no commitment on call back or timeframe.
13) 04-Sep-2013 – Contacted Nokia support and Manoj called confirmed that I will get a call within 24 hrs (by 11 am 9/5).
14) 05-Sep-2013- Contacted Nokia Support - Store Manager Rajbir told that they cant check info due to technical issue but his Manager Jai was able to see all updates on my case and told that replacement is not possible. Howerver he will try personally again.
PHONE REPLACEMENT AND COMPENSTAION OF Rs 50000/- for the mental pain I suffered as well time my official and personal time invested on this issue and follow ups.
