I ordered in KAUNSA (online shopping) for "Asus Eee PC 1015CX” (Atom Dual Core 2nd Gen 2 GB 320 GB 10 1 Inch DOS Netbook Laptop) and I made payment to ‘KAUNSA’ Rs.15264 on 28/06/2013. My ordered Id is “kaun/141420” then the KAUNSA gave the delivery date on 13/07/2013.But the delivery was not done.

So I asked that customer care they replied that my product was out of stock then they enforced me to buy other product. But KAUNSA have not kept any other laptops after my issue. I need laptop with my budget and willingness then how to I buy other product?. So lot of times I requested to refund my money but they answered only give cash voucher for purchased other product.

In this issue giving too much of depression to me and give lot of problems with my family and colleagues. Finally I decided to send petition to Delhi CM, I informed my decision to KAUNSA then KAUNSA accepted on 08/08/2013 to refund my payment within next 7 to 10 business days.

Till now KAUNSA is not refund my money. Please deadheading this type of companies. At last I believe you only, so please help me to refund my money and protect the innocent customer from this type of cheating companies. lot of consumers affecting this company. Please take necessary action.
