On 5th Sept 2013 we celebrated the Birthday of the CMD of the company I worked in. For that I had ordered a flower bouquet online with myflowergift.com order no. 100003874 on 4th Sept 2013 to be delivered to our CMD house the next day i.e., 5th Sept 2013 by 6:00 am. The bouquet's cost was Rs.1250/- and they had charged me additional Rs.200/- for the fixed time delivery. Now my complain is that not only they did not make the delivery on time, they haven't deliver at all on 5th Sept 2013 and several calls made to the number provided did not provide me with any information as to why the delivery was not made on time or when will it delivered. This has caused me humiliation in front my CMD, and loss of reputation.
