Complaint Details
Purchased Panasonic automatic rice cooker in dec.12 from homeshop18. Purchased item supplied was defective.after few days we send it to panasonic service centre. but the problem till date not rectified instead of item being in warranty period. Homeshop18 and panasonic both are just not solving my problem inspite of many conversations.
