My TataSky subcriber ID is 1011147087. I have been using TataSky since 2007. I had asked for STB replacement as many channels are now on MPEG4. The Call Center accepted the request I think before 15 Auguste 2013. One installer came to my residence and said that he cannot change it because the serial no. of the STB in TataSky systems does not match with that on the box. I called the call center again and spoke with the supervisor and he promised that it will be done on 17or 18 Aug. But as expected no one showed up. I again called the call enter on 3 Sep and they sent one person on 4 Sep. He took the old STB and put in a new one and said it it will be working in an hour or so. But even after 4 hrs it was not activated. He came and took it back putting the old STB. Now more and more Tamil channels are moving to MPEG4 and we are unable to watch any of these programs. How is that Tata Sky system has a different data? Due to this issue, we are unable to watch many channels. This is highly irritating and TataSky is very unprofessional in not changing my STB. I need an immediate resolution to this long standing issue due to TataSky's internal problems bu they do not seem to care for the customer needs. The call center only promises to help and even the supervisors do not seem wanting to help resolve my issue. I think my patience is running out..My number is +91 8939965240
