Hi,
I, Manish Kumar Singh resident of Mumbai bought Sony Vio Laptop (Model No.- SVE1513ACNB IN5) on 22nd June, 2013 from Vijay Sales, Santacruz east- Mumbai. Within a week, Laptop window got corrupted and then I have given to Aar Vee infoservices (authorized centre of Vio in Santacruz east) and they took exactly one week to get it repair.
After that, I started using laptop, then within 3-4 days application was running very slow and sometime hard disk get invisible and unable create recovery files, then again within few days I have given for repair to same authorized centre. They said that in a day or two, things will get sought out, but it does not happen. Then after 10 days, they said they are talking to Sony people for replacement and they took again seven days and now saying that laptop is ready for use and Sony said to them that laptop will not be replaced, but if any problem occurs in future then it will be replaced. They also to Sony people, if i want replacement.
Then i started talking to Sony- customer care, we had exchange ample no. of emails and call with each other. This whole excercise took one more month, wherein i was doing with follow up everytime with them. Everytime, blame game was going on that authorized centre is replying on your replacement. Then i told sony, that if you don't revert to my concern than i will seek for some legal help, then after a week, they are saying that laptop is ready for use and it cannot replace.
Conclusion: I bought this around three months back, out of which i have used one week and it got repaired twice and it's with the service centre at present. As customer, i feel cheated in this whole exercise and i request you help me to get me replacement of my laptop. I have also attached current service job sheet.
