Complaint Details
I have placed a order number 929845645 in homeshop18 and paid immediately on 1 sep. It was displayed that my order would be deivered on 3rd or 4th. But it didn't. I checked the tracking number of ECOm express AWB # 100196207. It says consignee not available but they had not come to my home as my family was there present 24*7. I informed homeshop18 via complaint. They assured me that it would be sent on top priority but every day I see in Ecom express that another consignee not available updated though they have not even come and homeshop18 are not replying me. And So I have paid them and the jeans are with them and they are not even replying to my cancellation request so that I can have my money back and buy from another store. I have never been scammed before. Really I need justice.
