Yesterday (7/9/2013), morning 5 AM I switched on my TV and found that D2H is not working, it showed some downloading software and I called customer care, they told me to call after 7.30 to register a complain. I do not understand why a 24X7 customer care cannot register complain before 7.30?

Then I called again on 7.30 and the person received the call and asked me the problem, I explained to him around 12 times the problem, but he continuously keeps on asking me what is the problem. A person sitting on customer service desk doesn’t knows the company system and problems, very ridiculous. Then he transferred my call to supervisor and he then understood the problem and registered complaint with work order no. 19085629

Then again I called on 3.30 pm and was informed that my problem is marked as resolved and upon asking who instructed them to resolve it they said that I myself did it. I asked them to provide me a proof of I said it and then they do not have any answer. Then they again registered a new complaint. This time in the name of God engineer came finally to my home at 5.30 and replaced STB saying the earlier is damaged and informed to keep the TV switched ON and it resume within an hour but as expected from Videocon it didn’t.

I again called to the engineer mobile and he told me to wait further and nothing progressed. I then again called customer care and they told that the box is showing replaced in their records as well but it is not activated yet. Now they again registered a new complaint and again said that it will take next 8 working hours to someone to look into it.

I again called the engineer and he gave me the office number person Prashant who informed that it is a back end problem and cannot say when it will be resolved. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY ALL THIS HAPPENED AND WHAT IS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE VIDEOCON IS PROVIDING. MY TV IS STILL NOT WORKING.

DUE TO THIS I FACED:

1) LOTS OF MENTAL HARRASMENT
2) UNNECESSARY MOBILE BILLS
3) LOSS OF TIME
4) MONEY FOR YESTERDAY GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY VIDEOCON ACCOUNT WHEREAS IT DID NOT WORKED DUE TO YOUR BAD SERVICE

PLEASE ARRANGE ASAP TO GET MY STB BACK TO WORK AND WHAT ABOUT ABOVE LOSSES?
