Dear Sir
I purchased Carrier split AC about 6 years back and is giving frequent trouble.
My Carrier customer ID is 91146209 and complaint of split AC was lodged on 29.8.13 and till date is not attended. It is giving chattering sound and voltage fluctuation and possibly need to replace contactor.
The past history of attending my AC fault is also poor.
At last complaint remote was not working and after lot of calls man took Rs. 700 and fault not attended. Then Chandigarh office was contacted after about 10 days and he told on phone without checking that PCB pate at the cost of Rs. 2900 is to be replaced as it can not be repaired. I got its sensor replaced at the cost of Rs 10 and fault was attended by another technician.
For present fault , I gave about 20 calls to customer care but no result till date.
It is sorry to say the your complaint attending method and attitude is not customer caring.
On the website, and literature booklet of AC, there no mention of service center. The customer care has only one word to say that complaint is forwarded, no other response like when fault will be attended and why there is delay.
