Respected Sir/Madam,
I am P.NACHIMUTHU and I have send the registered speed parcel to my son through KPN SPEED PARCEL SERVICE from ParamathiVelur to Chennai on 30/08/2013, and the Parcel is not delivered still now , I call to the KPN SPEED PARCEL SERVICE for several times regarding this , But they just ignoring me and they are not ready to speak with me.
So I kindy request you to take a necessary steps on my complaint.
I don't know what to do , I hope that , this complaint is the only way to deliver the Parcel.
I have attached the corresponding details along with this complaint
