This mail is in connection with order no. 1200708692 with www.Bagskart.com placed on August 15, 2013 for Kiara Women's Handbag 10207 Brown through email address arpitadutta15@gmail.com. Soon on August 16, 2013 I received an order confirmation mail with shipment tracking ID 7061302113 with Overnite Courier.This order was a prepaid order amounting to Rs 625.00 which have been paid via net banking.

While placing the order www.Bagskart.com displayed that estimated delivery date as August 20. 2013. On failing to receive the order stipulated time I contacted Bagskart.com, I have been told that due to incomplete address Overnite courier could not deliver the shipment and hence the shipment is returning back to Bagskart.com. Once the shipment reaches them they will either re-ship the product or will return the money. Now even after 10 days of the above mentioned conversation, I get to hear the same words whenever I contact Bagskart.com.

I wander how long it takes for a courier company to return back a product to the sender. Now after about 25 days of wait, I want either my money back or the product within 48 hours but they are not ready to return any.

I have been told that according to their business policies they can only return my money or a replacement of the product only after they receive the original product. But I question my liability to this suffering as I am in no way responsible. Moreover, my address is absolutely complete and I have earlier made several purchases through various e-commerce websites from the same address and have received them within the stipulated time.

I am thorughly disappointed and therefore request your kind attention over this matter and an early delivery of justice.
