Dear Sir
I had purchased an Sony Led 32W600A TV from Reliance digital on 31/08/2013.On the previous day i had negotiated the price and payed an advance ofRs10,000.On the said day i went there withmy father for purchasing the product with balance amount.When we went in the store timing the lift kept there for movement of passengers was engaged in movement ofproduct and we had to wait almost half an hour.We waited for the lift since my father is an arthritis patient and cannot climb stairs.Now upon payement i asked when the product will be delievred?They toldme that it will take time if we deliver and it will be by evening only they can deliver product at my home which is at 15 min drive from store.So we decided to take the product with ourself and they askedtowait and we had to wait for almost 1 hour.Now upon reaching home when i checked with the maufacturing date it was April 2013 proof for which is attached.I called and asked why they have sent the old stock for the price of piece maufactured in July/August 2013 which i could get in Sony Centre.Also i have insisted salesman to ensure that the product to be new and fresh manufactured one.Thereason behind insisting is that certain electronic components upon keepin idle formore than 2-3months will decrease its life and perfomance which have been known with research.Also they had not issued freebie for Onamseason offered by sony.Now for the delivery of freebie they had taken my 2 bill and delivery note and on last saturday they came me in with new bill and freebie and didnt return things taken from me.
Also the product was damanged on 6th Sep 2013 and when i called Sony for registering thecompliant they toldme to update the software of Bravia TV as my TV is in old stock for better perfomance i have to do upgradation.Within 1 week problem started in the product.
Relaince digital salesman and storemanager have cheated me with old product and also when ireported the same to RelianceCounsumer Cell they said only what storeb manager says will happen.
My only hope in your sir please do look into thematter and give proper solution for the same.
