i booked a ticket through goibibo.com for erode to chennai through KPS travels. but there was no bus arrived or departed at the mentioned location. the given contact no. for travels was also not working. when i contacted goibibo.com's customer care, my call was put on hold unlit i lost my whole balance in mobile. when i later checked about the travels, there was no proper contact no. or address or website or anything. this might be a fake travels to loot people's money in the name of online booking.i have all the realted docs for booking like ticket,mail,sms.
