Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Sundara Moorthy Jeganathan, Working in HCL Technologies,Sector 126, Noida. In my office i bought an internet connection for 900 with 10GB unlimited plan. While getting the connection I asked the seller that is it an unlimited plan or not. He said it is an unlimited plan and still he is selling it. last month i got a notification that i was suppose to pay 2767 rupees to Tata Photon Internet setvices for crossing the limit of usage. I went to the seller and asked that why the bill came like that. He said that there might be a mistake and asked me to contact the customer service. i contacted them they are saying, it was a limited plan and you need to pay the amount. please consider this as my complaint and do the needful
