10january,2013 i had purchased a micromax mobile from EZONE shop from pune.

mobile model num- canvas2 A110

my phone is currently under guarantee period.

4 times visit a service center for various reason in my phone.

everytimes its take more than 20 days for repair a handset.

when i get my phone repaired then again raise a new problem my phone .

following problem i suffered as follows:

1) charging problem
2) touch secreen not working
3) usb connecting port not working.

4) camera not working

5)mobile application are not working once i upgrade my phone.

6) etc.
