Complaint Details
I have charged 300 Rs. Extra for the internet usage for the first month of my postpaid connection of the airtel of plan (power 299 plan)
In this plan they have given the benefits of 500 Mb 2g data for free
But they have charged me for usage of 200 Mb
MAking my First bill generate in 12 days without giving any notification from the outlet (authorised ) & not from the company also by not sending any message of the billing cycle for the first month
