We have been using Eureka Forbes for 2 decades now and have always been members of your AMC services. Towards the end of 2010, the service deteriorated tremendously and we resolved not to subscribe to your AMC services any more. However, in 2011, January, a team of senior officials visited us and promised to ensure better services. Believing them, we continued the AMC. However, this year, the service is completely non-existent. The promise to replace 5 filters in the year ended with not a single filter being replaced till date. No body ever visited our home to check and clean the machine.

We have called your Calcutta officials repeatedly, with Mr. Subhashish Chakraborty assuring us each day that someone would be there immediately. Till date no body has come. We have even called your hotline, but even after lodging our complaints thrice, no one has turned up. In addition to this, we were given a 4-digit number by the hotline and when we tried to follow up on it, we were told there should be an 8-digit number.

I hope that you can understand the ridiculous circle of harassment that we are being forced into. I do not expect your services to improve, nor your executives to show the slightest degree of professionalism. What we want now is a refund of our AMC money, which has been non-existent all through the year. Failing this, we will escalate this issue through all the channels available to us.
