Hello, I have purchased this micro oven on 26th March 2012 from Vijay Sales Andheri West. After one year, from June 2013 onwards, it stopped functioning and we lodged a complaint with Consumer care division of Godrej. In spite of our several reminders and follow up , our complaint was not attended till July end. This can be verifed from their record. When we esclated the matter, Godjrej representative Mr. Sushant (9167023309) came and verified. He informed us that one of the important part PCB needs to be replaced at a cost of Rs. 2100/- inclusive of service charges. I wondered why an important part like PCB be repalced merely after one year of use and requested Sushat to provide more details of the defect. He was to revert back after consulting his supervisor Mr. Prem Maurya (9820590961). When I followed up this matter, I got a very rude reply from the consumer care team - "We regret to intimate that the PCB will be replaced at your cost and not on Free of cost after warranty is expired ,consider this as final intimation from our end." The equipment is sitting in the kitchen mocking at us. I have a reason to believe that it is a manufacturing defect. Request you to attend this complaint on top prioroty .
