I am staying in Hyderabad, I am using IHO network for 1 year. On aug 27, i had ordered voucher for premier medical checkup. I made the payment thru online IVR. And the representative took me thru all the formalities and informed me that I would recieve the soft copy of the voucher in 24hrs and hard copy in 48hrs. I called them again on 31Aug, 1sep, 2nd sep. All of them told they will send my voucher in 24hrs. On 3 sep, one of the representatives told me that we havent received my amount till now. This shows how they are messing up with my request. One person says it is getting processed, and the Manager Praveen (Hyd) informed me that my amount has been transferred to their suspense account and so on. 50% say it will be processed and the remaining say its not. After several escalations, they have sent my voucher to my email ID. I called on 6 Sep and fixed the appointment on 10 Sep at 8:00am. They have processed my request stating they will come to my house and collect blood samples on 10th sep. And Today, on 10 Sep, i waited taill 830am and called IHO again. Now, the representative is telling that my voucher "P1F11T4Y" is invalid.
Pls advice me what should i do now? Being an IHO member, i thought that i can make the checkup faster. Just look at the time lag from giving the request on 27Aug till sep 10 now. Medical checkups are something that should be done fast, IHO's attitude is worse. They are just playing around with me. I request the authorities to look into this matter seriously, Such companies do not have any right to be operational in this country.
