Dear sir
i purchased a samsung mobile from shopping indiatimes.com order no is 3002607069 and case id 1059804.
when i call to customer care they always said that we will provide a call regarding this case with in 24 hours.but till today there is no call from shoppping indiatimes.com. please take some action regarding my this complaint as early as possible.
