This is regarding wrong charges at bill for my mobile # +919829212200.

I travelled to USA in the month of August and was at USA from 09/10/2013 to
28/10/2013, after my return to India I realised that my mobile bill is more the
what it should be and I checked there were charges for the usage which i never
did.

In my recent invoice i have been charged for incoming and outgoing calls on
10/10, 12/10, 13/10 may be 14/10 from Germany, I never visited Germany I had
just few hours layover at Germany airport on 08/10 only and I flew to USA
and Arrived USA on 09/10. So there is no chance of using phone in Germany on
those dates. I don't even have any visa for Germany.

In USA I was using AT&T connection which I took from Matrix in India, and
Airtel sim was no even in handset on those dates it was in my bag in USA.

I have provided Airtel customer care?nodal office copy of my ticket and offered if they wish to visit and check my passport I am open to show and prove that I was not at Germany but at USA on those dates.

I have been following this issue since 02/09 but no resolution is done till
date.
