I'm Kalirajan from Dubai.

I Ordered a New Watch Via watchkart.com on the dated of 4th SEP 2013. On the same dated it was shipped to Overnite Express (Delhi Hub). The delivery Designation is (RAIGARH- PUNE). On the next day (5th SEP 2013) the Parcel has been reached at PUNE. But it was not Delivered and No Response from Courier Service Side to me and Consignee


Day by Day i'm tracking this Courier Via their Website(http://www.overnitenet.com/index.aspx?returl=default) from the 5th SEP. But Untill it was not Delivered.

6th SEP 2013 I called to the Customer Care and Because of their Irregular way of Approach i could not able to Get the Information of My Parcel.

Almost agin 4 days after 10th SEP i called to them and asking about My Parcel, they are responding "the Parcel was returened on SEP 5th)

But it was not Informed to me and Consignee also Not updated in their Web ( Please see the Attachment. Its taken on 10th SEP)

Due to this Ir responsiblity i could not identify my Parcel and i wasted my Money because of large number of International calls

I need a answer for the following Question:

a) if the Destination not coming under the circumstances means why they un neccesserily accepting this parcel

b) they should pay for my International call charges around Rs 1000

c) The should pay the delayed penality and my worries
