Complaint Details
I sold product at ebay.in at dec 2012 but unfortunately because of some problem buyer complain register fake complain against me so I replied them properly and I won the case so issue was closed in favor of me. But now at 29 August 2013 ebay suddenly deduct Rs..10,930/- from my account and told me that we paid buyer and buyer returned your product at that time so for that purpose we deducted that amount from your balance. Actually I was didn't notify between this period even a single time (dec-2012 to aug-2013) that due amount or even I didn't receive any product back or any call confirmation from ebay so for regarding that issue they charged me Rs.10,930/- now I want my money and need your help.
