Complaint Details
I am Holding a SBI Railway Credit Card From April 2011. Card is been issued by SBI card division on promising that I can redeem the point as a train Ticket. Customer care offices told me that there is a technical issue It will be resolved very soon. But one day without any prior notice SBI sent me a notice saying that, I cannot redeem the railway points anymore and the earned point is not valid.
