Complaint Details
I had bought Lava - Xolo Mobile : Q700 recently. After 20 days of buying, its battery stopped charging. I submitted it to Lava - Xolo mobile collection point: Mahavir Electronics at Fort, Mumbai for repair or replacement, as it is in warranty period (1 Year) on 22/08/13. Lava - Xolo promised to return it repaired in next 5 working days. However, till today(11/09/13), evenafter 20 days, they have not returned it. I called on Lava - Xolo customer care thrice (2nd, 5th and 10th Aug 13). All the three times, I got answer that Mobile will be repaired and returned in next 24-48 hrs. I feel so harassed. Please file a complaint against Lava - Xolo and request you to refund my money. Details as below:
