with respect to above order i want refund of money in my bank account but bag it today from retention department (uday sharma)refused citing the reason that the order booked from store credit and amount will be credited to store credit only . how many time i will keep my money in store credit, for this order more than one month i m waiting. with earlier order they sold me in fraud after return of the product they have obliged me to purchase some other item from their sitr only and nnow when i made order they have not dispatched since on month and again they can only refund this amount in store credit rather in my bank account.
my sincere request to please get my money in bank account details of with already shared with rretention team
