Dear sir/mam

i buy a new phone of karbonn a1+ in march but after that it's get so much problem i did repair it so many time but my prob didn't short out after so many time service center person sent my phone to manufacturing department and said ur phone will come aproxx after 15 day but now one month over and my phone still not back ...i did complaint through mail so many time but every time they said we sent ur request to concerned department we'll back ur phone so soon but still my phone not repair and when i'm call in service center no one pick my call......i dnt have so much time to go every time to service center i send my bro 4 day ago they said when ur phone back we'll call u but still have no clue about my phone........please help me as soon as possible bcs it's so much difficult for me without my phone............
