Dear Sir,

I Vennapusa Surendra Natha reddy, I have booked MicromaxA-54 mobile in "Bagittoday" website as on 29/Aug/2013. Details of Order given below.

Order ID: 33207028.
Order Date: 29/Aug/2013.
Item: Micromax A-54 Mobile
Order amount: 4,570/-

Till date 10/Sep/2013 My Oredr ID tracked on bagittoday site order is Processed. I have contact lot of times Customer care. He is not responding to me. He says just delivered as soon as early possible.

As per site terms & conditions delevery with in 2-7 working days, but i have given order 10 days above. till date they are not responding.

Please resolve my problem
