Complaint Details
After having booked a consignment for courier, the courier people have been unable to deliver the item and are not co-operating in atleast locating the item. They are just giving new numbers and telling to call there. Some people are not even picking up the phone, and some are deliberately avoiding. I have been unable to locate my item, let alone it getting delivered.
