I ordered for a Eureka Forbes Easy Clean Plus, Vacuum Cleaner with Snapdeal and received the product on 31st Sep'13. I found the product in a faulty condition with the 3pin plug damaged. I raised a complaint (#3069495) in the Snapdeal website along with pictures of the damaged product. I first asked to replace the product immediately, but even after waiting for more than 72 hours they were not able to give me a solution. So finally I decided to return the product and registered another complaint (#3114112) in the Snapdeal website to arrange for a reverse pick up. I received an email and text message on 5th Sep'13 stating the pick up will be made in next 4 working days. On 10th Sep'13 I received a call from Customer care asking me to drop the product in any courier office and courier payment will be refunded as the courier agent is unable to arrange a pick up and it can happen only after a weeks time. I have clearly told them I cannot go to a courier office with this item and kindly look for an alternative. Weeks gone after purchasing this product and still I am unable to use this product. Kindly help me fix this issue at the earliest and refund my amount of Rs2099 as soon as possible.
