Respected Sir,

I bought a fastrack watch from their direct outlet on 21/06/2013. And after two weeks I found that I can't use it on a raining condition even in a swimming pool, the water is getting inside of the watch.

When I contacted with the service center and they did clean the watch but I understand that I cant use the watch any more in these situations. And the same issue happened again. When I bought this watch I understand that the watch is water resistant and I can use the same this, even 50M depth of water. A specification is on undercover of the watch about mentioning the water resistant.

At this point I wrote a complaint mail at Titan support team on 31st August. And they give a reply like will investigate. Mean time I wrote many mails to get an update but they are not giving me a response. I expected a much higher level quality product from Fastrack Company, and I am quite disappointed.

I want to replace the product immediately with a new one, and I expect an exchange as the product is within warranty.
