Complaint Details
The complaint is for order no. 20130519031085 which is dated back to 19th May , 2013.
Broken product received (which was supposed to be an unbreakable jar)
and didn't get replacement.Waited for almost 3 months.
Applied for order return and refund.

It is already more than a month ,the product has been dispatched back from my side.

Still no signs of refund . Neither I have been contacted by them.
Pathetic customer care service. Always giving lame replies like our finance team would call or something but nobody called.
Online log in is also not working. And no solutions for the mails I have sent them.
Poorest service I have ever come across.

PS : I have courier receipt of returning the receipt as proof and mail threads I sent to StarCj.
