sir my name is sathish, i gave complaint to sri murugan service center(samsung) at 19th august 2013, about my lap's touchpad was not working. after that when ever i call mr. ranjith(technician, ph:9585556018) he is not responsible for me and he delay my service and finaly he told still i not ordered the equipement. upto this date he is not service my lap with warranty.
