Complaint Details
This is in regards to my purchase of Samsung Galaxy S4 online from www.tradus.com on 28th Aug 2013.
The same was delivered to me on 6th Sep 2013. However it was realised that the phone is defective for the following reasons:
1. The phone would not charge (there's seems to be no problem with the charger since it successfully chargers other Samsung phones)
2. The device does not get detected once connected to a PC via the usb cable
Now it has been a week since i have been writing to tradus.com for a replacement or a refund but they keep telling to go to a service centre.
I would have agreed and confined for once if in case the device sent to me was being used. I have paid my money to Tradus.com and would like them to refund the TOTAL AMOUNT PAID by me since i do not intent to run around service centers.
The above response from Tradus.com has been appalling and quiet honestly very shocking in respect to their tall claims as below on their website (attached snapshot of their website):
