I'm an idea postpaid user, 7350011299, and I've been charged by idea for downloads that I neither start nor wanted. There is no downloaded content either but still I'm being charged. I filed a complaint and was told that since they have a record of me downloading a particular thing, they cannot reverse the charges. Bug the bottom line is that I never downloaded anything in the first place. Please help me out against this injustice.
