Dear sir,
my name is gurpartap singh and i use 9814585885 number of idea company since 2002 as perpaid and frm 2007 i use it as postpaid connection.On Date 28-7-2013 i call to idesa costomer care to change my monthly plan from monthly rent 599 to 399 in my new (399) plan 2 GB Data usage is free so customer care executive told me that ur EPM is not activate on ur mobile so u cant use 2 GB Free data frm 1-8-2013 on ward.and then she activate EPM on my number frm 28-7-2013.From 28-7-2013 to 31-7-2013 idea company charge me near about 1500 rs as a GPRS Charges.Which i cant use.And then on Date 22-8-2013 customer care executive call me and told me that if u pick a plan of 200 Rs per month then she will avail my all amount 1500 Rs BUt it cant work and idea charge me another 200 RS in my account.So sir plz help to solve my Problem Plz
