I have requested for the conversion from postpaid to prepaid on last friday in Bangalore, Currently I am outta station due to official work. Though my postpaid sim is de-activated as per the terms and conditions, but my prepaid sim is not yet activiated as per the norms. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
I am really frustrated because of the technical negligence in handling the customer.
