Sir,
I booked a 3 BHK prelaunch flat in SKM Refcon pvt ltd project in sector 95 , Gurgaon on Advise of Broker Mr Gagan Singhal, Mob 9350905566 ,Rebirth India, Hongkong mall, sector 57 Gurgaon on 28/04/2012 and ₹ 4.5 lacs and ₹ 4.872lacs as 2nd installment through Rtgs on 1/03/2013.
The has been called off, I applied for refund in May 2013 and in the management Mr Manav Gopal assured me that the money would be refunded with 30 days. Till to date and after a lapse of over 90 days and repeated reminders has fail to make refund. I a senior citizen and put all my retirement savings in this project. They have 4 emails assuring of refund on different dates but nothing has happened.
