Complaint Details
I have on 2nd Sep 2013 through IDEA website on line through credit card for which the transaction details were reflecting confirming my payment .But they have not updated my account with payment entry . I am facing lot of inconvenience and agony due to outgoing call barring.Even after several calls ,the issue stands unresolved ,they are issuing a ID and giving a time frame of four days to solve the issue, which is ridiculous being the whole process is through internet .Unfortunately I have three connections from the same service provider. Why should I wait for so many days for reconnecting? I request you to give severe punishment so that it never repeats for any other consumer in future. Thanking you sir.
