This email is regarding Complain of Fraud done by a TATA DOCOMO Sales /distributor person and seeking your support to solve the problem.

I have purchase a new Postpaid GSM SIM card from Mr. Karan Nagla (M: 9291487151). He is TATA DOCOMO Sales guy/distributor.

I paid 500 Rupees advance, filled DOCOMO form (CAF number 8520100940715 ) and given my ID /address proof documents to Karan on 22th Aug 2012. But till date, my application is not processed by Karan into the TATA DOCOMO new connection activation office. The DOCOMO new SIM given to me will not be activated.

I have done hundreds of (I’m not exaggerating) follow-ups call/emails to Karan and his office guys but He does not give any sensible answer. I am frustrated by this behavior of the distributor (Karan). See also attached communications as proof.


Kindle check if you can help me on this matter.

Otherwise, last option, I will close my current DOCOMO CDMA post paid account as well and I will buy new SIM/connection from other like airtel or Vodafone.
