I purchased samsung note 2 mobile phone from tradus.com on 10/09/13. till now they did not ship the product and i asked for refund. And now they are telling that the refund will take 3 to 4 weeks. Normally in other online shops they will take 2 to 3 days. In this company they are taking a lot of time to refund. This is a way of money making procedure by delaying the refund money.
