Complaint Details
I had filed a TDR thro my IRCTC account via internet with transaction ID 0651905895 on 11th May, 2013 due to account of travelling in 2S class provided by Railways, even though I had booked AC Chair car in Jan Shatabdi. Ref No- ekt2013051107704453
My PNR No was 4662365345, Date of travel was 10/5/13, CC class was booked by me but was allotted 2S class by railways due to non-availability of CC coach.
I am also attaching the Form of Certificate A for granting refund issued by TTR vide no 313118.
Even after 4 months and several mails to IRCTC and railways my refund is not credited to my a/c. Kindly do the needful for getting my refund credited to my account immediately.
