I bought Zopo 980 16 GB phone way back in April 2013. Phone got delivered about a month i.e in May 2
I bought Zopo 980 16 GB phone way back in April 2013. Phone got delivered about a month i.e in May 2013. Since the time I got the phone, I had issues with network reception and since august 2013 I am not able to use phone to make calls. I have been promised by Zopo that they replace the phone for me as it comes with 3 months replacement warranty and I have been waiting for more than a month. I have been in touch with them they always have maintained that their stock is on the way from chine and its stuck in customs. I would like to get a refund of my amount as I cannot wait end lessly for the replacement. I have not used the since I bought it. their website is - www.zopomobiles.in
