I had taken SUN direct DTH service,Pl note my smart card number 42805867720 ,by name g venkata rajesh.I had subscribed for the above package and its valid upto feb 24th 2014.I had taken the new connection 3 months back.Since last 3 weeks we are not able to view half of the channels of the pack.I had been giving customer care complaints from last 20 days ,the latest complaint number being 1-8988677678. But until now thwe complaint has not been resolved inspite of my repeated requests.
