We have availed for SMART DUO OFFER 1 (Rs.7000/- off an Samsung Laptop + Galaxy Tab 2) around 15th July, 2013.

The details of availing offer was as follows :

We are following for the above offer with Vijay Sales (Opera House Branch) and Samsung Executive (Mr. Sudhakar Kanakraj), from 31/07/2013. But not got any favorable response from any side (i.e from company and dealer).

Then we got mail regarding rejection of our offer on 29/08/2013 with reasoning "Your redemption request against the purchase of Samsung Laptop (Serial number - JAKX98FD1A58WVA) has been rejected due to Invalid Invoice".

We can understand while availing offer first time, the Invoice copy attached was somewhat faded but that does not mean it is invalid. Thereafter again we have mailed the fresh copy of Invoice and following up with Vijay Sales (dealer) and Samsung Representatives - Jesal (Jesal.r@samsung.com), Sudhakar (kanakraj.sudhakar@gmail.com / 7738025544).
But dissatisfactory answers are given by both (Vijay Sales and Samsung Executives).

After continuous follow up we have lodged complaint in Samsung (Ref: Complaint No: C130903599)

Thereafter we got mail from Samsung that offer is verified and received discount coupon code to buy Samsung Galaxy Young on 06/09/2013, but that was not as per our offer availed. On the same day, we had informed both Samsung and Vijay Sales personnel’s about the same.
We (Ajay and Mahendra) continuously following up with Vijay Sales and Samsung (All communication and follow up mails are available in our mail). But both of them are given very casual type of answers only which was not satisfactory at all and due to this process became very hectic job for us.
Later on Samsung e-store customer care representative (Mr. Vijay Kumar) told Mr. Ajay that they send correct code for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 before 15 days, and don’t get any follow up against this, so your offer got expire, but the fact is that any of us didn’t received any code as per offer availed till date. All are giving answers to way out their responsibility.
When we discussed all the matter with Vijay Sales Manager (dealer) and Samsung Representative (Mr. Sudhakar), they said we don’t do anything for that, as offer was launched by the company.
And still our issue is not solved…
So, both are avoiding their responsibility after selling their product. Both are cheated us in this case.
Thus, we are complaining for both Samsung and Vijay Sales - Opera House.
Kindly take serious action against this type of fraudulent offers by company and misleading services by dealers. So, that any future incidence of this kind will get avoided and also our problem gets solved.
