Below is detail sent to Jet airways as complaint but no response

Hello ,

I booked four tickets for my Diwali vacations six months ago via ticket redemption as I am Jet privilege customer . Initially ticket was from BLR to BOM to IND ( Indore ) . Please find the events .

1. I booked the tickets for 1st of Nov. travel on 30th April 2013 .
2. 1st schedule change came on Jun10th
3. 2nd change on June 12th
4. 3rd change on August 7th , Where flight was rescheduled from BLR-BOM-IDR to BLR-PNQ-IDR
5. 4th change came on Sept.10th in one of flights mentioned in 3rd change , which was made as below
9W445 01NOV BLRPNQ HK 0915 1035
9W2822 01NOV PNQIDR HK 1045 1235 /OPERATED BY JETKONNECT
If you see there is NO GAP between the two flights , when I contacted the customer care to ask how it will work , they said it will not work , then I asked again to re-schedule my flight . But they showed their inability to do the same and instead of helping me out , they said seats are not available as I have bought redemption ticket , we can refund your points . This is totally unacceptable .
I have made my booking so well in advance , you have changed schedule n number of times and each time I accommodated and as that is peak period , now I cannot get the ticket even 3 times price which was in April .

I want you to consider my request URGENTLY and accommodate me so that I can reach Indore on same date as I have further plans . They made some waitlisted booking for late evening flight which is till not confirmed . Please make the bookings confirmed and issue me fresh itenary . I know seats are available , and off course they will be higher price but NONE of my fault !!!
