Dear Sir/Mam,

Our supplier (Priyana Suppliers) sent us three saris through this courier and on 31st August, we got an call from the local office of balaji courier which is mentioned in the Complainee part that our parcel has arrived at their office and it will be delivered to us by evening, when it were not delivered till evening then we called again but they didn't picked up the call, next day was sunday, so they didn't picked up the call, and when on Monday we again called them they said someone picked the parcel from there office, now how is this possible, because nor i or my family member picked it and how can they give the parcel to anyone, and when i and my brother visited their office, and we saw that there were fraud signature of mine and the number which were mentioned on the parcel the same were written there, these people totally screwed the package, and i have strong feeling that the lady working there have done wrong in all this, the saris were very expensive about 13800 INR and it was for a specific occasion, now no body is giving proper response, so that is why we had to write it to you, i lost my money and didn't get the goods also.

please help me in getting rid and getting my claim from this fraud company.
