I had purchased sony xperia e ss mobile handset in May 2013.
In Sep 2013, handset had to issue due to which I was not able to hear the ringtone as well as caller voice.
When I contacted the Sony Call Center they found that the handset PCB and ear phone speaker were having faullt.

I requested them to provide me the replacement of the handset as it is faulty.

Till date company is denying me the replacement of the faulty handset.
