I was using the services of M/S Quadrant Televentures Ltd (Connect)Reference Del No. 1615047661, A/C No. 2283350. I had requested the company’s customer care center Plot No.369, R.K Road, Ind Area, Ludhiana to disconnect my connection in april'13 and on 19th April'13 I had submitted the company modem installed at my place along with all the payment till that date vide receipt no.19153067/113 dated 19/04/13. But even after my request for disconnection they kept sending me bills and remainders for payment even they harassed me by sending recovery agents at my place even after me visiting their customer care center several times and requesting to disconnect my number. They have now send me a notice from their advocates asking me to pay amount of Rs. 8268/- and threatening me if it is not done I will be charged under Sections 418 & 420 I.P.C. Pl. help me to solve this issue.
